MIC Pricing
Our standard cleaning service costs $35/hour plus tax and the minimum booking time per cleaning is 2 hours ($70 minimum). The standard cleaning service can include many of the following activities. MIC will clean as much as we can within the amount of time booked. If there is anything specific you would like cleaned, be sure to let us know.
LIVING ROOM AND COMMON AREAS
- General tidy up
- Vacuum and mop floors
- Empty trash bins
- Wipe skirting/baseboards
- Dust all accessible exterior surfaces
- Clean light switches and door knobs
1 BATHROOM.
- Scrub and sanitize toilet(s), tub(s)/shower(s) and sink(s)
- Clean exterior of cabinets and vanities
- Clean mirrors and glass fixtures
- Replace towels and toiletries if accessible (and necessary)
- Sweep and mop floors
- Empty garbage containers
1 BEDROOM.
- General tidy up
- Vacuum and mop floors
- Dust all accessible exterior surfaces
- Make bed(s)
- Clean mirrors
- Empty garbage containers
KITCHEN
- Clean exterior of countertops, cupboards and drawers
- Clean exterior of stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher and microwave
- Put away clean dishes, empty sink, and load dishwasher
- Clean sinks and faucets
- Sweep and mop floors
- Take out garbage and recycling
What MIC cleaning services do not include:
- Carpet washing
- Exterior windows
- Animal waste
- Mold removal
- High ceiling fans
- Surfaces above arms reach
