Step-by-Step Application Guide (What Is Expected)

We’re excited you’re interested in joining our team of contract cleaners. Please read through each step below before submitting your application.

Here’s what the process looks like:

1. Submit your application — Fill out the form and upload your documents.
2. Complete a Vulnerable Sector Check and Criminal Record Check — You must have a valid certificate or be willing to get one.
3. Review & Approval — We’ll review your application and documents.
4. Sign our Terms & Guidelines — These are required before joining our client bookings.
5. Training & Orientation — We’ll send you our training guide and expectations.
6. Get added to the booking pool! — You’ll be notified when a cleaning job is available.

✅ This process typically takes 1–3 weeks after initial application is submitted.
